An Edition to Remember

This past April, from the 10th to the 19th, Restaurant La Subhasta was filled with flavor, tradition, and above all, the finest Bluefin Tuna. It has been ten intense days where we wanted to share with all of you the passion we feel for our star product.

Our goal was not just to offer a menu, but to connect you with the product and its journey: from its arrival at our restaurant to the final experience at your table.

This year, we wanted to be more transparent than ever. Thanks to the content shared on our social media, you were able to experience every stage with us:


  • The Thrill of Fresh Produce: We began with the visual impact of the tuna’s arrival (our "Unboxing ASMR"), showcasing the authenticity and quality that define us.
  • Behind the Menu: We opened the doors of our kitchen to show you the meetings, the tastings, and the hard work the team puts in to organize an event that meets your expectations.
  • Community Commitment: As an active partner of Turisme L’Ametlla de Mar, we participated in the official showcooking, reaffirming our bond with local gastronomy.

This edition's menu was a perfect combination of technique and respect for the raw ingredients:

We began the tasting with dishes designed for an immediate sensory impact:


  • Bluefin Tuna Tataki and Tartare: Two preparations where the texture and natural flavor of the tuna are the absolute stars.
  • Tuna Cheek Bao: A "low and slow" cooking pot recipe that brings a touch of innovation and modernity to our traditional kitchen.
