The history of La Subhasta
La Subhasta came up with an idea during a dinner with 3 friends. Creating a restaurant where the atmosphere of a fishing town was present was the beginning of a gastronomic adventure, hence the name: La Subhasta that takes place daily in the fishermen's brotherhood of Ametlla de Mar. We offer Mediterranean cuisine with fresh and local products. Specializing in rice, octopus, artichokes, galeras, bluefin tuna from Balfegó, meats, cheeses or Iberico ham.
