Our rice is organic and comes from the Ebro Delta, just like the vegetables and other products we use.

All the ingredients are local: The duck comes from the Luisiana farm, the rice from the Molí de Rafalet both locally produced in Deltebre, the olive oil vegetables and the fresh fish from the fish town market in l'Ametlla de Mar, as well as from the surrounding towns and ultimately the wines from the La Terra Alta. In addition, we make all the dishes ourselves, without using high-end processed products.
