At La Subhasta Espai Gastronòmic, the board with the day's suggestions is the soul of our kitchen.
There you'll find fresh fish from the market, available rice dishes and seafood that arrives every morning, always according to what the sea and the season give us.
You can also find off-menu dishes, special creations that Marc prepares according to the day's product and what inspires the kitchen at that moment. These are dishes that aren't always there… but when they are, it means they're worth trying.
The board changes constantly because the product does too.
That's why the image you see is indicative: every day is different, every day is fresh, every day is Subhasta.
Our rice is organic and from the Ebro Delta, just like the vegetables and a large part of the products we use.
It's territory cuisine, local and done right, with respect for the product and the season.

All the ingredients are local: The duck comes from the Luisiana farm, the rice from the Molí de Rafalet both locally produced in Deltebre, the olive oil vegetables and the fresh fish from the fish town market in l'Ametlla de Mar, as well as from the surrounding towns and ultimately the wines from the La Terra Alta. In addition, we make all the dishes ourselves, without using high-end processed products.
